WHAT’S A YONI EGG?
A Yoni Egg is an egg-shaped stone used as a weight resistance for vaginal strengthening, toning and healing. A yoni egg can be used passively or actively. A passive practice may consist of inserting the egg in and going about your day, knowing that the pelvic floor is engaged to hold the egg in place. An active practice may consist of inserting the yoni egg and engaging in a dedicated pelvic floor Kegel practice incorporating in specific contractions around the yoni egg.
